All sales are final. There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges of any kind. If you have questions, feel free to email us under the CONTACT tab. 

We use USPS. You will receive a tracking number via email once the packing slip is created. Please make sure your information is correct while placing your order. It's on you to make sure your address is the right one. Packages over $100 will be insured for the dollar amount via USPS. Once its scanned into the system for USPS tracking, it is no longer NPG's responsibility. Please be accurate with your information.

We try and ship out the next day after your order is placed. Please be patient. Shipping times vary but I've seen people get their packages next day depending on the time we drop off at the post office. 

We will be donating $1 for every transaction to the St. Jude Children's Hospital. We thank you for your support and giving us the ability to give back to the kids. They are our everything.
